Do you enjoy reading and talking about books? Did you know there is a Newnham Book Group?
We are a small friendly group who meet monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm in the Romer Arms.
Books are chosen by mutual choice, in advance, so that we can discuss a book at each meeting – nothing too highbrow and all very informal!

Newnham is a small village located in the county of Northamptonshire, just south of Daventry, situated on the banks of the River Nene and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The village name is thought to derive from Anglo Saxon meaning, however it could also mean 'At the new homestead/village' or 'at the new hemmed-in land'.
